Navigating the Support Site
If you are looking for support on a PC, television or projector and have your serial number, we can provide personalized support through My Support. If you do not know your serial number, we also offer the ability to navigate by product model, product type and part number in Product Support. My Support and Product Support can be found within the top dropdown navigation menu on every support page. The Support Site Map can also be helpful in providing an overview of the Support Site.

Gateway creates PDF copies of some of our printed manuals because the PDF format preserves the original layout and features of our hard-copy documents. Where do I find my Serial Number and/or Customer ID?
Having your Customer ID and system serial number is helpful when using our site or contacting our Technical Support department. They allow Gateway to provide you with specific information about your system.
