Gift cards must be redeemed by phone. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift card account except where prohibited by law. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift card, you must pay for the remaining balance with another form of payment.

Gift cards cannot be used as payment on your Gateway Credit Card account. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen, except where required by law. Gift card cash value is 1/10 of one cent. After 12 months of non-use, a $1.50 per-month service fee will be deducted from the value of the card (except where prohibited by law).

Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check. Gateway reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.

If you return a product with which you received a free promotional item, such as a gift card, you must also return the free promotional item. If you are unable to do so, the value of the promotional item at the time you purchased the product will be subtracted from your refund.
