What is Gateway’s return policy?

At Gateway, we pride ourselves on providing the best customer experience by offering quality products and services. As one of the few PC companies in the industry with customer care and quality assurance managed by the same organization, Gateway is able to carefully monitor the quality of every product, and we’re sure you’ll be completely satisfied. If for some reason, however, you are not completely satisfied with your new purchase, we would like the opportunity to work with you to resolve your issues and ensure that your experience with Gateway is a positive one. In the event that you still wish to return your product, please read the Gateway Return Policy.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Gateway product or cancel unused services within 15 days of purchase (except for plasma TVs, which have a 30-day limited money-back guarantee).
